Generally, the place was pleasant and had exceptional staff in the front desk clerk. Got double room with two beds as expected, loved it.

It was really nice time in San Francisco. The room was well-appointed with very comfy beds. A hair dryer, toiletries and bath robes were a plus.

We loved location and staff - fantastic. Best bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bedroom. Pool was amazing and there was a pleasant restaurant on site. Not to mention free wifi! It was based near a sandy beach.

I had just perfect days staying at this family-run hotel. Breakfast was delicious in combination with caring staff. Everything was fantastic, executive king and uniquely decorated room. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of antique cable cars. Pool was excellent and beds were nice. Besides, the private parking was a plus.

Actually the room was welcoming. The setting was an easy walk to union square and other tourist destinations.
